If you want to update your name in our records, we require proof of your legal name change. We’ll need a copy of an official and up-to-date document stating your legal name, such as a:

• Passport

• Driver’s license

• Social Security card

• Foreign equivalent of one of the above

If you need to change your name within your financial aid record, you may submit your request online with the Department of Education. Make the correction on your completed FAFSA indicating your new name (our school identification code is 032673).
