In most cases you will continue to work with your existing faculty mentor if you elect to transition to doctoral capstone.  Depending on the nature of your proposed doctoral capstone project, the School or your mentor may determine that another faculty member has more appropriately aligned expertise; in these cases, a mentor change may be made to support your success in the doctoral capstone.
