What is the title/role that you are aiming for based on your skills, education, and experience? If you are unsure of your target, completing a career exploration exercise may be beneficial.

The more focused you are in your application efforts, the more time you may have for other job search activities such as networking and connecting with others, which is the most effective approach to a job search.
